Just wondering, if your a licensed ship captain in the Philippines does that mean you can also be a ship captain abroad. Just wondering about the ranks. Coz like if your a registered nurse here that does not mean you automatically qualify as a nurse in canada or U.S. I think you also have to take exams for that. Or like if your not a registered nurse here, it would be difficult to be a nurse somewhere else coz I you still need to be a nurse here. Does that follow on being a ship Captain?
