I want to Know How much paypal charges for its services and how it charges.can any body guide me

It depends exactly what you are doing, I get paid off a site in dollars and they charge me for exchanging it into pounds and presume they do this for all currencies. I thinking buying things they do not charge you but they do if you are the seller.

It really depends. Here in the US there are no fees. I've been using Pay Pal for several years now and haven't seen any charges.
