Oftentimes this is always being asked during our job interview regarding our strengths and weaknesses so what do you usually answer and why?

I am a paper person and have trouble keeping too many files and copies. This I consider a weakness. My strength would have to be my leadership skills.

My greatest strengths is that I am caring, giving and very hardworking. My worst and weakest would be I give way too much of all three.
