I've been reading about rss and how it can help you earn more online... I know, I know... this may sound stupid and it really shows my age
but can anyone tell me what RSS feeds are? What you do with it and how you can earn off of it?

RSS - Rich Site Summary , is a format of delivering regularly changing web content . Many news related sites , weblogs and other publishers syndicate their content as RSS feeds to whoever wants it . For people who regularly use web , RSS helps them to be easily stay informed by retrieving the latest content in the sites yo are interested . The RSS is also commonly expanded as Really Simple Syndication .

I understand it now. So its a way for followers/fans to be updated when there are changes in a blog/site they are following without having to check the site to know it. It's akin to a subscription option then, if understand it correctly, without the fees, that is. Thanks bargavashock! This really helps!
