We all use to succumb to pressure, work load, undesirable events and feels totally drained at times. To cheer up we must do some thing we always like or for a change some unusual things to come out from the mood. When I feel so much on the downside of mood, I would go for a hot cup of fresh tea to cheer up myself. How about You

With the full-time job taking so many hours at the work place each day, I feel totally exhausted and stressed by the time I get back home. I have been doing two things for relaxing and getting rid of the stresses. One way is, like many do, to listen to music. For me, classical music is the favorite. The second way is "Yoga Meditation". Meditation is very good for both mental and physical relaxation. I have been practising meditation for over ten years now.

When I want to cheer myself up, I will call one of my kids or send them an email. I will take a nice warm bath, light some candles and play some nice soothing music. Sometimes, when I'm really upset, I will go shopping. Watching other people and being about the town will cheer me up in no time at all.
