How Make Healthy Your Digest System

In our routine life we eat different kind of food. Our food consist on light, heavy, spicy, juicy etc. All kind of food has its own effect on our digestive system. Sometime we will sick due to unbalanced meals. I am also used very unbalanced meals in my daily life. My digestive system disturb for a long time. Finally i got a treatment for the system. I use 3-4 glass of water everyday when i got wake up and i drink 1 glass of water before 15 minutes of every meal then i drink water after half hour of my meal. In this way I got my digestive system normal. Now I can eat all kind of food without any hesitation. What did you think about this habit? Are you have any better solution for correcting your digestive system?

hi,For getting better digestive system,you have to drink more water,especially you have to drink 1 litre of water in the morning with empty stomach.And also papaya and banana fruits clean our digestive system.All the best and have a nice time.

Drink a glass of ammonia and you will die. No, don't do that you'll die. I don't know what advice to give you.
Maybe you should always eat a variety of food so your digestive system becomes used to having random food. Confuse your digestive system.
