Meat Is Meat But Cloned Meat?

You must be out of your freaking mind - that is the certain ministry's one.
Beef, Mutton, Poultry or (no offense) Pork are all meats and like it or not, are all edible when it is conventionally farmed or poached. Most of all, I am sure we do not lack their supply or even quality right till today.
So, my question here is why do we need to clone for our meats?
Cloning is really unnecessary and it is just consequential here, where we can actually cause another Mad Cow Disease epidemic. Money should really be better spent elsewhere.
I like my meats from normal and conventional channels. What about you?
