i recently applied to a call center. the company name is 'nco' here in the philippines, so that everyone will know how poor their recruitment team is regarding the organization of their applicants. i recieved a call that my contract was void cuz my training class had been cancelled. they said they'd call me for a change of contract and it has been 2 weeks now and i still haven't recieved a call from them. in other words, gaaaaaaahhhh! i signed a contract with then which means i'm an employee already. seriously, this cancelation of classes just pulls the calm right off of me. it happened to me twice actually but the first time, the company successfully moved me to another account. this company, 'nco', however, promised a call that never came. i mean, for the love of santo tomas! manage your applicants and employees! i was expecting work this month but now i guess i'll have to effin' look for another one. have you experienced this? what would you do if you're to encounter something like this? seriously? --that means all jokes aside.

Hello FrontVisions,
This is indeed a very reputation from a very well known company which is near ABS CBN compound i think.
I never consider applying there since i don't have really think the transportation route is applicable to since it's very very much far away.i guess they aren't as good as what it shows on their booths.
How could they cancel it if they are a lot of people applying to their company? maybe it has something to do with their account or clients canceled the partnership. anyways, it's not a good reputation coming from their part. yeah, just look for another.@frontvisions101 (16043)

I thought they're well organized but turns out they're quite messy. I'm planning to call them before attending an interview from another company. That way, i'll find out if i'm free to apply. Don't wanna get mixed up with contract validity and what not.
