do you ever tried this in your childhood like switching a torch light and covering it with your palm to see your palm glowing in red color. can anyone what is the reason for that red glow?

Yeh i done this a lot in my childhood we use to think those that shone red was vampires ofcourse lots of and everyones shone red so we all use to pretend we were vampires looking back at it we must have been really silly and not very intelligent for a year 3 class lol.

It glows red cuz of the blood flowing through the skin. If you look at your hand as you put it in front of the sun just in line with your line of sight, you'll see that the thin parts of your hand is red. That's the same case as what you're saying.
