I need to lose weight..

I need to lose weight I guess. Just a few days ago I noticed that my shorts and pants are like getting tighter and tighter. I thought I was not gaining any weight but I guess I did because of that... I just feel bad because I don't get to notice it until I actually feel and see the change drastically. I mean why is that.. I should notice that right, not wake up and find that I am fatter and it's like I woke up from several days of long sleep and just find out about when it's like hard to reduce all those fats already..
I need to exercise more.

Ha Ha !! I think this "make extra money" will increase your weight somehow instead of decreasing. So if you want to lose your weight, keep balanced diet, go for jogging and if all these fails go to a good gym.

I would start lifting weights and also walking a lot. Start light weights and when they get too light, increase the weight. You can use soup cans to substitute. Also once you turn 30 your metabolism slows down. Oh the walking? Walk after you finish eating, and also try to get 45 minutes of walking a day. Hope this helps.
