Reply and Reply All no response

I am using thunderbird as our email service. Yesterday is my day off I left my email working and no pending unread email.
When I start replying to customer/client I realized that my reply and reply all button is not working.
In order to reply to customer accordingly I used edit message as new or forward. But some details is missing. I still like to use the function reply and reply all.
This is their someone who could help me.

Hi syoti -
I used Thunderbird years ago when I first began using Firefox. It worked fine for a time then I began to have issues with it and it refused to co-operate and let me fix it. I un-installed and re-installed and again it worked fine for a while then became unstable and would npot work properly. With such bad luck I un-installed and went back to using Hotmail and Outlook. hi syoti I use thunderbird too but I had no problem yesterday so perhaps there is a glitch as I worked rpm my notifixations of mylot and had
no problems at all.I would notify thunderbird as they have always been most helpful to me at all times.

You might try shutting down the program and then reopening it. I use Thunderbird, too, and like it, but there are rare times when it doesn't load properly. Also, do you have the latest update? And is your computer running as usual? There are several things that could cause it.
