I have a Nintendo ds, can you tell me what the difference is between a ds and a dsi other than one of them you can go on the internet with.I love my ds as there are lots of games that i can play that are like the old style games as well as the newer ones, but is a dsi worth the money, or is the ds about the same but with out the internet.

Good discussion joystick, I wondered the same thing since my daughter wanted to buy something like this for my son. We opted for a wii instead, but this is god for future reference..

They do say if you dont ask you do not know.To some people this may sound a bit of a silly thing to ask, but i was not sure what the difference was, or if there was any difference other than it just had the i on the end, lol.I did not feel right to ask the person that i was going to get it for, or if it was worth me getting one for myself.

A dsi and a ds are the same from what i can make out, one they play the same games another thing is that you can use them both with the wii to play games on your ds rather than playing on a tv screen. The i bit todo with the ds is todo with the internet.Hope that helps.
