which is better to be new year's resolution??

hi mylotters!! merry christmas!! i just want to ask u guys if which is better between being demure or being punctual as my new year's resolution!! i really want to change that 2 aspects of my life but i only can change one. my friends always say i should be a little bit demure cause many times im being boyish. they also told me i should be punctual cause im always being late. i really want to change both but i cant!! so could you tell me what should i prioritize between the two?
