How to avoid omiting while on travel

Whenever we travel while on along journey some people face the problem of vomiting .This may be due to travelling sickness.But this is weird.How to avoid vomiting in such conditions is there any method to prevent us from vomiting while on moving vehicle

There are already medicines that can help vomiting or dizziness while on travel. I guess one of the ways to avoid is not to eat a lot before travelling and bring lots of candies. When you feel like you're gonna threw up, you can eat candies so it will help you with the feeling of uneasiness. It works with me.
