Traffic Exchanges

I am using some traffic exchanges and have been reading articles about how to make the most of them. I was wondering how are you sing traffic exchanges? Are you list or subscriber building? How much do you use them? Do you have a daily routine? I am curious of how you use them and I want to make the most of them? Lastly, do you use manual or auto exchanges or both?

I myself use only 2 Traffic Exchanges, EasyHits4U and SendMeHits. I use my credits mainly for promoting some old blogs of mine. I use EasyHits4U as its amazing(of course only Manual exchange) and just joined SendmeHits to help a friend so wish me luck. I got a few referrals in general from traffic exchanges but not as much as I had wished. The easiest is to create a Splash page and from there you can use the credits to promote it. Best of luck!

I have read that because your time is limited for capturing a prospect is limited so you should create something that gets their attention quick and/or also captures an e-mail to help you build a list. All very interesting reading, so far....

Well, I use manual like easyhits4u and that was a year ago. I never login again to that site. I prefer to use mailing list rather then TE.

Wow, I am surprised that you are not using Easyhits4u because it is extremely popular and people tout its results. I signed up a while ago and have recently got more involved with it after an absence. I'll see how it goes. Are you referring to safelists or do you build subscriber type lists?
