MSI WIND with DDR3 Memory

Have you used MSI netbook, what can you say about it? We bought this over the Asus netbook because of its DDR3 memory, do you think we did a good choice? Price and other features are almost the same. (I'm just thinking since Asus is one of the top manufacturer) One more thing, the OS installed in the netbook is windows XP Home, do you think we should change it to windows 7 since it is the latest? Thank you very much! ^_^
