Does lifestyle affect MNC (Multinational Company) or just the opposite?

Lifestyle and environment MNC (a distinguished international level) will create a 'culture Organisation'. Culture Organisation is anything which could be considered true / false, feasible / not feasible within an organization (in this case the MNC). Activity in MNC was definitely different with national-based company. Examples ranging from fashion in the office (clothing), room setup, technology, salaries, working hours etc. In terms of professionalism, the company requires its employees to have a vision & mission, vision & global knowledge. How they can compete in this globalization era.

Various questions can be raised relating to it. What and how true globalization of economic globalization, particularly as they relate to capital-, impact on society, and the sovereignty of nation and state interest to be discussed and criticized. More specific questions related to the role of the state next. Does this change or shift globlisasi state role in managing the economy? And the extent of the shift that happens?
