This is More about the Album cover photo than the Music within, here! The Abbey Road pedestrian crossing near the London Studio where the band recorded,was made into one of music's iconic photos when the boys were filmed as they walked across the crossing in a line..Fans from all over the world visit London,and some Get to Abbey Road,and make their own photos on the crossing.. There's a live video webcam aimed at the crossing,and depending on the time of day,you can see fans making the crossing and posing for a photo..I started an earlier discussion when I discovered the cam! http://www.mylot.com/w/discussions/2376372.aspx One of the reasons I'm posting on the subject is that I recently learned the crossing is to be awarded monument status as a listed site,a consideration normally extended to architecturally interesting or old buildings..first time it's happened to a zebra crossing,that's for sure!
