Can anyone help me. I have sleeping problems.

Hello everyone. Currently, I have this sleeping problem that caused much stress and uneasiness during my entire day. I am so busy working online as I don't have any work and is not studying yet. I am frantically trying to earn online so I can save money to finance my study this June 2011. But I cannot sleep at night because my mind is so active. Perhaps I am very excited about waking up tomorrow morning to see how my efforts are doing. I also want to check how much I earn the previous day, even here in mylot. I cannot relax though I want to. Kindly help me please. I would appreciate if you can give a practical advice about this matter or can recommend a product like vitamins that would help me relax and eventually sleep when I need to. Thank you so much.

Hello.I know that feeling but try to calm down becouse you dont help yourself if you have this feeling of good.Yes i know that its good but try and to go outside make a walk my advise becouse if you take medicine its no good it will give to you no good think to your health.My advise it not to stop working at all but try to go and to real life and make a walk shop or something

Thank you. But last night I had a nice, long sleep. Perhaps, it is because I sleep early at a time I believe is still within my sleeping hours. My problem before was I became an avid fan of "Imortal" of ABS-CBN that keeps me from sleeping early and often late time. So perhaps I found the answer to my problem.

I had such sleeping problems longbefore, but now I feel better. I can give you some suggestion. 1.You shoudn't use computer for a long time a day. Longbefore I played videogame online for a long period of a day. I felt exalted, so I couldn't fall asleep. I can't explain this in scientific way, but according to everyday life experience, it is ture. 2.Doing some physical exercise berore you go to bed. Physical exercise can make you tired and you will have the willing to sleep. 3.Go out to have yourself relaxed. You'd better not stay at a house all day long. I hope it can help you!!!

Your advice looks good. I would try this at once. But I can't stop working online for I have no other means of earning money. However, your advice is practical. I would reserve my thanks afterwards...

i had times like that and it's so hard to deal with it specially i work at night and i need sleep more than 8hours if possible. what i usually do is listen to the music and control what's in my head or what's suppose to be in my head. 'cause i think a lot. and it all just going to bother me the whole time.

I think you are having internet addiction which causes you these things. As long as I can remember I was once too happy to found out I could earn online and I would stay online whole night and day to work on my earnings. However due to some scams I slow it down until this year. That said I was active for 5 years I was 24 then.
