house gates and fences should be emphasized!

personally i think the house gates speak for the owner's preference in all stuffs. so this front must be emphasized. they just don't provide safety to our homes but help enhance its beauty. it can boost one's confidence too especially when the owner receives compliments from his choice of structure and color.what's your side on this?
