traffic to online store.

Iam having a online web store portal. My site contains all products from all category. The products range from clothes, scents, health care, all all products from a - z category. I want to pull down traffic to my store . I know about SEO concepts and I can do it. The problem is that if my site contains one product , the seo work may be easy. But my site contains many different products, So I have to pull all the customers who want to buy any products ,to my site. So doing keyword analysis for all the 1000 products is not possible. So how we can resolve this problem? Any online customer who wants to buy any products on any category , has to be pulled down to my site. Can any one please tell me the way to accomplish this?

The first thing that I would try is some of the traffic exchanges, some times you can get sales through them, this will also get you some traffic. Then as far as keywords are concerned, you can put as many as you like, or at least normally you can. Sit down with note pad, and put down as many as you can, then add the keywords to your site and to search engines.
I actually need to start up a small web store, and see if I can start selling things again, I use to sell loads of stuff about 5 years ago, and I made a good income from it, but truthfully I haven't tried it lately and I am into many wholesale suppliers as a paid membership. I am sure I could easily be making a good $200+ per month from it.
