IPB is one of the top universities in Indonesia. IPB developmental history starting from embryonic stage (1941-1963), born and growth stage (1963-1975), the maturation phase (1975-2000), IPB autonomy implementation phase (2000-2005) and headed for the stage-based IPB State Owned Legal Entity (BHMN) which will begin in 2006. In the year 2007 are expected to be ready IPB embryonic research.
