seems like every couple of weeks its something with our poor car. But she has 158,000 miles on her. We need to keep her running. Or maybe hit the lottery! Lol ANyone know how much it is to repair power steering? What was the last thing that went out on your car?

Hello
I had same problem with my old car, paid several times high charges, my wife advised to exchange with a new Maruti van with AC and gas kit, means we can run this on petrol and LPG both
we are happy now lol
Thank you so much for sharing

Car repairs are never cheap. Depending on the mak and model of your vehicle and what part is needed you could be looking at a couple hundred to nearly a thousand dollars. Sucks I know. I'm in need of rear wheel bearings along with drums and leaking wheel cylinders and since wheel cylinders are leaking the shoes need to be replaced and front brakes, including the rotors. Gonna run me around $1,500. Remember when shopping around, to compare apples with apples. Check at your local shops for free estimates then call around to get prices. Ask friends who they trust if you don't have a shop you regularly take it too. Good luck!

The battery on mine, the exhaust system on hubby's. I'm getting a different vehicle with our taxes, a van instead of a cramped Durango.. hubby's fixing his exhaust with our taxes.
