Why master classes are all at night? After registered all my classes for this semester, I find that all my classes are at night! From 6pm to 9 pm, and I realized that my classes last semester are all at night too. But my friend tell me that all the undergraduate classes are in the day time. So, why master class are all at night? Is night the right time to study? As far as I know, most companies require a day time attendance from 9am to 5pm, and night time is for relax. But why we masters just the opposite? Daytime is free and night is busy? How about you? Do you have night class? Do you think it is the right time to study?

Many people work during the day and go to school at night. When obtaining a Master's Degree some companies require it and will help you pay for school. I am doing obtaining my Master's Degree online from Walden University. Yes, they are an accredited school. I like obtaining my Master's this way because I can do my assignments during the day when my husband is at work and my instructor gets back to me at a fairly reasonable time. I also do homework at night after my husband is asleep because it is quiet.

I think doing master degree online is quiet a challenge. Because there are you teachers and peers around you. It is easily to get distract. Wish you can do your master degree well, good luck~

Simply because many of those who are taking up master's degrees are employed during the day, and therefore the most convenient time for them to attend classes is at night. You can do the same, find a job during the day and study at night.

Well, in my class is not like this. I have four classes this semester, and there are only 2 people of about 60 of us have full time job outside the campus. Most of us are just full time students. But you are right, maybe some other class have more full time job students and is inconvenient for them to have class in day time.

Because you studied too much before. So, you should go to work to earn money now. You can do on day. And If you want to upgrade your knowledge, you can study on night! :) That's the reason!

I am an international student and it is not legal for us to work outside campus right now. And jobs on campus are so limited and mostly taken by the local students. So, you see, we can just stay in school.

Most of the persons attending masteral classes are also employees or working people - a reason why some schools usually have these classes at night or in weeekends. For the students-employees, this is a good scheme to obtain a degree while still earning money. Also, there are cases when the company/business/employer is in conflict with the classes. Other reasons include that the student-employee is paying for the classes personally rather than having a grant from the company (they say it is complicated in situations like that). I'm not sure if it is the right time or even productive scheme to study or educate but some people can handle both coursework and company work at the same time.
