forex robot, do not deceptive?

forex robot, I heard an automated system which allows the customer / client forex trading foreign currencies which can generate profits with disciplined and systematic, is it true? What advantages and disadvantages forex robot?
if there is no weakness, and would generate forex gains for clients on an ongoing basis, give all people do not have to work then? aja buy forex robots stay, then stay D4 (sit, silently, to money)?
ask advice from friends client / customer who tries experienced forex robot (not broker)WHAT IS REALLY PROFITABLE sustainable?

I think there is a forex robot that can profit, but nevertheless would not be perfect because the work is the engine, if there are sudden changes in prices because there is important information and news, then arobot forex can not detect, so better use our analysis, fundamental analysis .. and technical, if you use fundamental analysis to use the economic calendar to find out the price changes
