my firefox browser is getting stuck and sluggy

when i use my firefox browser after i start my computer,it is getting paused and is so laggy,it is often getting not responding and jammed and takes time to recover,i even reinstalled it,how can i make the firefox work faster without any stuck or break in between?

yeah,that the issue with mozilla firefox.I too used to face such problem with firefox..just update the firefox and unintall the add on..that the main cause for hang.I uninstalled all the Add on and toolbar.now its work pretty well.firefox takes lots of memory usage so make sure you are not running multipule program while running firefox.

what is the name of the addons and toolbar which needs to be installed,i hope you elaborate about it

Hello natliegleb, and welcome to mylot. I have a problem with Internet Explorer and I also have Firefox it's a little better than Explorer but it runs slow at times. Have you deleted your cookies in your browser that make it acts up sometimes. Then again it might be registry problems check that too. You can download a free tool called CCleaner its a great little tool I use it when I'm having problems when the browser is loading pages to slow.
