I was shocked to hear of Gary Moore's death the other day, found dead in some hotel room. The Sun newspaper are already saying that he had a major drink problem. He wouldn't be a rocker if he didn't! F*ck 'em!
He was a man, Phil Lynott was a God and together they made ROCK so there!
I've never seen this video before (I bet it was banned) but I'm glad it's on YouTube as I LOVE this track and it's probably more relevant today than it was when it was made.
Underneath that is Thin Lizzy playing "Cold Sweat" in an Irish Pub. This is so cool you wouldn't believe!!
Why do all the good guys go first? It's not fair.
RIP Boys. We miss you so much.

John Sykes (on the left) is from Bispham, Blackpool. Well, his Mum lived there I'm sure. I met him once in a Nightclub but he didn't want so speak to me as I was extremely drunk lol.

Yes, God takes the good guys first, they say... In my childhood, I would think that God needed to recruit his own staff in the Heaven, that's why he chose the best ones... I don't know these people but I am sure they were great n wonderful... All great minds have these little problems- drinks or dopes or both... The problem with creative mind is that it can't remain empty... So long as they are engaged with their passion they are okay... But if they don't have anything to do, they indulge in such things and fill up the empty space... I am sorry for them....

Many musical geniuses have ended up in heaven. Just thought of another two, John Lennon and George Harrison. Those two were my favourite Beatles and they have gone before the other two who I cannot stand, and that includes, yes, the "famous" Sir Paul McCartney!!
That's what I mean about the best ones going first.
