Praveen Kumar is ruled out of the world cup because he was not able to get fit on time . Kerala Pacer Shanthakumaran Sreesanth has taken his place . When asked from Dhoni he was preferring Vinay kumar and avoiding sreesanth but srikanth and other selection commitee members decided to give the deserved sreesanth a chance to play his debut world cup.
