desperate man pennyless and growing older

aside from arthritic gout, I also suffer from a skin disorder. I'm not that well-to-do that can afford treatment and I don't even have insurance. Let's say I'm just desperately awaiting for a rare miracle starting this 58th year of my life

Oh how it would be nice if there was a Cure for Excema and skin problems. I actually think depending on how other things are in your life with your Health determines what will work best for you as well. I know that many times how your skin looks will either attract or retract others, and it can be hardest to manage when the weather is the driest. But anything you can do will help it for sure.
