I cant sent email continously thru thunderbird

I created an new email and when I was about to send the email it. This message pops infront of my email when sending:
Sending of message failed.
An error occurred sending mail: Unable to establish a secure link with SMTP server mail.ansi.ph using STARTTLS since it doesn't advertise that feature. Switch off STARTTLS for that server or contact your service provider.
I successfully send 2-3 emails. This was my third email. I double check the recipient email and all is correct, also check the header same problem.
Please help.. What else should I check.

sorry friend i have not heard of this service ....so i can't tell the experience about it...it happens but that somethings are not normal sometimes with some provider...like when i wanted to send photographs to my friends of our vacation tour...at gmail ...after sending twice or thrice....it could not load more...but such problem was not with yahoo... so it may be the temporary problem...

I have never even heard of Thunderbird.
I have been on the internet since 1996 and have some email accounts for various reason's on Yahoo and really like it.
A few years ago my son said that I should try gmail also and it is a bit different,but I like it also
.Both of these email services are free.

Here is a site that explains about the STARTTLS email application. Maybe you can use something on the site to resolve your problem with the emailing.

I use gmail and fortunately so far I never faced any such problem.
