Did you see his interview? I did. I sat down to watch as a casual fan and ended up a Huge one . Why? Sober Charlie is now in touch with his rage. No more Mr nice guy. He isn't full of the B.s. most people want a bad boy to say when he is caught Doing bad, like " I'm so sorry. This is a wake up call. Give me another chance to improve..." No! Charlie said , he is himself! And if you don't like it , then forget you. That was so refreshing! So here I sit and I have just become a fan . Am I the only one who admires it when a person , star or non star says what he means? When a person is bold enough to speak his or her truth?

I sat down as a fan and ended up totally disgusted at what he is in real life. He shows himself to be the most egotistical, overpaid, selfish excuse for a human being I have ever had the misfortune to see and hear in action. To subject two young sons to the disgusting lifestyle his father seems to enjoy is a disgrace. I am glad that the children were removed for his disgusting influence. He is also responsible for 130 people being out of a job as long as his behaviour is responsible for the hiatus of the TV show.

No CBS is responsible. They were the ones who hired him in the first place. What did you think he was? The saint of the sheen family is Martin! Charlie Never implied he was a good guy. I'm so sorry you got to see the real Charlie and you are no longer a fan. I guess I will take you spot on the Charlie Sheen fan bandbagon. But then again , I prefer bad boys.

Oops. My good guy will kill me. I Meant to say I prefer to root for the bad guy on t.v. and film. In real life I wouldn't seek out a charlie Sheen . But I do support his right to be bad.

I approve of honesty! I approve of the existence of bad boys. If they want to be fathers I really don't care. It isn't up to me to approve or disapprove of anyone else's life. I am not G-d. And thankfully I will never have children so I can just walk away.

At least he is not making excuses and or asking for pitty, as he is basically saying that he has issues and tough, it is what it is. However I did not like the way he looked, as he looks a bit worn down and really tired. I imagine it is the way too much drinking that is making him look this way.
On the other hand the network although is making a great deal of money off of him, may not tolerate much longer and unfortunately like many others he may be cut, or show will simply die down and move on to something else as this is how it is in show biz at times.
I do like and enjoy the show a great deal, so I would hate for that to happen.

I totally agree. He isn't saying " Poor Me!" And he did look a little too thin and tired. I never saw his show because I am not into sit coms. I remember the good ones from the 70's!

charlie needs help not praise, he is running his career into the ground. As the old saying goes you never bite the hand that feeds you. If he continues as he is, he may talk his way right out of hollywood for good and his health and life will go with it.

That's what I am saying He has the b2lls to lash out instead of just take all the bad press and the ire of the suits at CBS. This is a huge F@ck off to all and I admire that. I wish I had the courage to say and do that.I have a little of it but not That much.

I still blame the suits. They Knew whom they were hiring and did it anyway. Now they are shocked they are having problems? I think the whole cast should sue the suits.
Dawn, t totally agree. he is just a ok actor , son of a fine actor. This isn't the end of the world.

Everybody seem to think that he is a trainwreck waiting to happen. That any minute now, something terrible would happen to him.
I think I do understand how his mind is going. I have episodes like those where I run my mouth off. On whatever is on my mind and the he11 with what everybody thinks. His is just being magnified because he is a 'star'.
Unfortunately, what he talks about makes everybody uncomfortable. And because it is easy to dismiss him as the 'bad guy', everybody just does.

" what he talks about makes everybody uncomfortable." Save Me! I loved it! He spoke his mind , Plain and to the point. He isn't going to play the victim because he isn't! I loved it.

In a nutshell , his sit com is on hiatus because he came in not fit to work , they say. All these rumors about the women he has had and his soon divorce made him agree to do a interview with 20/20. in the interview , he told it like it is. he isn't sorry and he is who is he! It went viral. I thought it was great to finally see a guy tell the truth in an interview than just hid behind all those choice words Know that he will keep doing what he Wants to do. i found it refershing, others the sign he has hit rock bottom.

My bad I meant to say I haven't been following it closely, I know some of the stuff that happen. Every morning I listen to the radio going to school. Here is what I know, He paid a stripper to live in a mansion with him she took the money of course and everyone was talking about it. He went to rehab and now he is sober, and tried to go back to work but the producers cancel the season. He was angry and now is talking about having is own show getting paid more an episode then Two and Half Men paid him. He broke the record for the most followers on twitter in 24 hours. He is committed to winning and is now suing the producers for a lot of money. I know some more stuff but everything I know has been from the radio.

The last I saw was a small clip where he blasted the creators of Two And A Half Men. I am a fan of the show, but never really followed the rest of Sheen's work. As for him speaking the truth, yeah, it is refreshing to hear someone speak out. Do you know where I might find the interview on line?

I was. Like I said I didn't sit down thinking I would be impressed with him afterward! But I did. It is true , he can walk away from acting but not from his family.

I saw it. I've never been much of a fan. He looked way older than he is and there is no doubt that he is a very unique person. He could be bipolar but if he isn't bothered by it, why should anyone else be? I really don't see what all the hype is about. It's really not any of our business. One thing I did understand was his irritation with the media and their focus on his issues.

It is " our" business because he is a Star , A huge star. A Son of a Huge Star and he had/has a hit t.v. show. So to many they deem it their business. Many , sadly, Love to see stars or the rich fall from grace. What I like is Charlie Never claimed to be a saint. Hell his character on the show isn't one either, I assume. This would be worse if he were playing a straight-laced family man on T.V. Then it would be worse.

I follow it a little, and it is fresh to hear how he talks about himself, but at the same time...ego, arrogance and self righteous is over flowing! I mean come on...no wonder he can't keep a wife/girl friend...he is far to much in love with himself!
But I'd venture to say...his acting career is over. No matter how this ends, no one is going to hire him. He'll get residuals from the Men show but other than that, all he will have is his savings as his acting career is over...for many years anyway. Remember when Tom Cruise jumped up on the sofa on the Oprah show and "claimed" his love for whatever the woman he was with at that time? His career and importance went down really fast and you didn't hear from him in a long time, then he did a movie, but it didn't go over as well as they used to.
But to each his own and everyone has to do as they see fit. I liked his daddy better anyway!

With Tom , it was his Now wife Katie! So it is still going on. With Charlie, he will get work. But he will be type casted I can see an indie film wanted Charlie to Play Charlie. In fact i a way that is what he was doing at Two. Wow I didn't see it as arrogance but pure Anger. I must be gettin soft! I Always prefer the father to the son. Martin over Charlie And Emillio, Donald Way over Kiefer, And most of all Kirk over Michael!

I have been a longtime fan of charlie sheen and i will continue to be in the future as well. Charlie sheen speaks what is in his heart. It does not matter to him what other people will think of what he says. He just speaks what is true to him and we should not discourage him for it. charlie will continue to shine as long as he is true to himself and I believe his true fans will stand behind him!1 person likes this

...Hey sarahruthbeth, Charlie has a lot of talent, probably way too much money because it gets him into trouble. What I saw of the interviews was a troubled soul, he has some kind of problem, what it is I can't say, bi-polar? Don't know, but he needs help, but he certainly does not think there is a problerm and wants no assistance. No one rants like he did in those initial interviews without there being something strange going on. Now maybe the children being taken away will jar him into being closer to reality, but he is out there on a ledge without a net and dangerously close to hitting rock bottom. His publicist could not take it anymore and quit. I certainly hope some kind of help gets there soon. Always liked the family. This is a very sad situation. Take care.

I saw the same thing and got something totally different out of it. I saw a rather thin , sober Finally enrage man who is out there but Loves being out there. The children are away so now he has not excuss to remain sober. It is sad to some but I see it as a guy who is going to live his life the way he wants. He Has enough money to do that now. But since he is talented, he Will get work and a new publist and is young enough to have more children. So he isn;t rock bottom. It is up to him if he Really wants to remain clean. Either way I admire him telling it as He sees it. That was soo refreshing.

If Mr. Sheen hadn't been stupid on set this wouldn't have happened to him. Who knows how long he'll stay sober. I feel sorry for him that he lost his job, but this really was his own fault.
