Africa, Chieftan Presidency Is Over!

I wish African presidents would forego the chieftan ideology they often take along to the presidency. I believe the chieftan ideology only works in remote areas and in small population. The days of Chieftanism, like the Pharaoh and the Monarchy, are gone! For further reading see:

A Chief can fill the same roll as a King...Monarchies have worked in this world for centuries. I do not see why a Chieftain cannot still work as long as they are educated in a form of Monarchy system of government. I think you are just prejudiced against this form of government. As long as they rule fairly..I see no problem.

Yes, I am against any form of government that allows people to get in office for life! If you read the "End of Chieftan Presidency" and "Desperate Politicians" by same author L'Afrique, then you will note that such ideologies do not work well at national level. Why anyone would want to get in public office for life, I understand not. And I bet you have no problem with the Robert Mugabes or the Paul Biyas or the Gaddafis, etc.
