Does anyone here ever use the the mental health site, Psych Central? It's a pretyy great site if you have any sort of interest in the field/area. The site has different things you can do. Obviously you can get information on different mental health issues. Another section you can take self-assessment/screening tests for a few things such as depression, anxiety, OCD, etc. One of the quizzes I often do is the Mood Tracker one. That one is pretty much self-explanatory. You can also talk to therapists on the site (not like in a therapy setting, but like questions and the like). Does anyone else use the site?
