Yoga for army personnel

In US Yoga has included in exercise for the army personnel.To keep the body fit yoga has introduced in US army for the first time. The Christian Science Monitor reports that on 1st March this decision was announced. The report says, with other trainings army personnel have to practice Yoga. Do you think this is a good decision?

I agree that yoga is good for connecting your mind, body, and spirit, and empowering them to come together and work as one. This makes you more alert, increases your calmness, and improves your responses to stimuli so that you can act and function more effectively under pressure. I think incorporating yoga into anyone's routine, if possible, is never a negative thing, especially if you lead a stress-filled life or are prone to more stress and anxiety than the average person. This would surely make people in the military prime candidates.

this i a wonderful decision. yoga is good for everyone. any kind of exercise or activity keeps people happy, healthy, young and on their best toes. do you not agree friend?

Anyone who does Yoga know what a great stress reliever it is and I can't think of any job with more stress than the Army. Blessings

Yes pat yoga is a great stress reliever. It also keep body feet. I know you practice yoga.
