Ridiculousness to the extreme...

I am studying in this collage where the management has a crazy theory of sucking monies from us, like if we skip classes we have to pay 50 bux as a fine.. they send a letter to our place informing our parents which is ridiculous and they charge us 30bux extra for the delivery charges of that letter which is even more ridiculous,_, also if the attendance is low they charge an extra fine for clearing it up because the the university it is under has a rule of not letting anyone sit for exam who has below 75% attendance now when it comes to studies its been about 2 months and one of our old teacher been gone no new one has been allotted the air conditioner in our room has been out for ages we did try to tell every freaking one in the management they did nothing.. they took a decent amount of monies for our uniform which we suppose to get last year when the class started, it been almost a month now and we didnt get crap.. our batch coordinator acts/talks like an a-hole when he actually is supposed to help us.. i sometimes gets so angry with this whole situation and i think of raging it out but then again i dont wana get pointed out as most of my batch mates are real wussbags _ i wonder what i should do...
