My first question Is that why are you a vegetarian. God create things for us to eat he created Animals to eat their meat If you don't eat any animal they will turn in excess that you have to kill them someday. So dear tell me the reason.
and one more thing the animals who eat meat like lions and dogs etc have all teeth canines and the animals who eat vegetables and green things like plants etc they have straight teeth not sharp, and we human have canines as well as straight teeth too. It means God give us teeth to eat vegetables and meat too. God is perfect HE cannot make any thing which is not useful to us this should be our believe.
May God give me and you all the right path.
Amin.

I feel your post is off-topic & not related to the discussion topic which is only about egg alternatives. The vegetarian debates have taken place elsewhere & are not appropriate here. You may join any of these if you wish to debate the diet:

The medical & scientific communities have for a very long time been supportive of a proper vegan or vegetarian diet. You will find all your arguments against a vegetarian diet repeatedly squashed. Please educate yourself on these matters, if not via the numerous My Lot discussions, then via the internet in general.

I don't have any particular custom for eggs. I am not a vegetarian, although I do enjoy the occasional vegetarian meal. I've heard that tofu is a good substitute for eggs for those who don't or can't eat them. It might be a good idea to search the Internet for "egg substitutes for vegetarians" to see what you can find. Maybe there will be some more ideas that you can use. Good luck!

I am a born vegetarian, in India we don't go for baked dishes, so we have multiple other eggless recipes for daily eating. I do make cake , and use butter or condensed milk for that fluffy and soft cake.
we include lot of pulses, cereals and grains for proteins. we also use milk and its products extensively, for proteins.

Congratulations on your choice to maintain a vegetarian diet free of eggs. We live in very fortunate times right now. There are a great variety of egg-replacers on the market today. If you cannot find any good ones where you are, you may order them online. Eggs are used in baking to bind and leaven cakes and cookies. Many bakers have an experience where they forgot to put the egg in a cake batter and the resultant cake was a flop. Yet, many people cannot or do not eat eggs, either for ethical reasons or due to allergies & other health reasons.
One could simply dissolve a tablespoon of cornstarch (or any type of starch) in three tablespoons of water to replace one egg in a recipe. A baker could also grind flaxseeds into a meal or powder and use one tablespoon of the ground seeds mixed with three tablespoons of liquid (water or soymilk). Flaxseeds and starch work especially well in preparing vegan cookies. Additionally, a baker could use soy based products such as tofu or soyogurt as substitutions for eggs.
Some might argue that eggs cannot or should not be replaced in baking as eggs provide protein and occasionally healthy fats such as Omega-3's. However, eggs also add bad cholesterol & bad saturated fats to a baked good and raise ethical concerns for many. What's more, if someone is allergic to eggs, then eggs must be avoided. Flax seeds are a good source of fiber as well as the plant derived Omega-3: alpha-linolenic acid. Everyone needs more Omega-3's in their diet. Why not get them while reducing cholesterol and calories as well? Flax seeds impart a subtle nutty flavor to baked goods and are good to use in oatmeal cookies or bran muffins.
Flax seeds can be purchased whole or ground. They are highly perishable, so it is preferable to purchase them whole. It is also cheaper to purchase them whole, from a bulk bin if possible, than ground and packaged. The whole seeds can be ground at home in a food processor or coffee grinder. They are often found in the baking section of health food stores and are becoming common in supermarkets. Flax seeds should be stored in the freezer to prevent them from going rancid.
