I've checked out a few different article re-writing programs and in my opinion, they all sucked.
The best way, truly, is to to just study up on your vocabulary to learn what words can be quickly interchanged and how sentences can be re-arranged. On the average, I can put out about 7-10, 100-200 word articles in an hour, all of which are re-writes, without the use of software. When writing a shorter article down from a larger one, I quite often read the article through once, then do a quick scan of the keywords from each paragraph and manage to make a short article out of that.
Most article re-write programs just aren't that great.
Best of luck.

The many rewriting software that I've seen on the internet are just very terrible. Don't use them. If you do use them, people will know that you've used one and that would make people less trusting of your article and would cost you your credibility.
It's best to rewrite the articles yourself. The English language is such a wonderful language. You can say the same thing in thousands of different ways.

learning how to rewrite an article is what you should be focused on, dnt know about any reasonable rewriting software but some of them just always change some word, they picked up as syntax. Knowing how to rewrite makes it easier as you have to write the article in a different style.
