I was a kid during that time, but as to what I have seen in the latter stages of it, the nuclear explosion in Chernobyl did somuch damage to human lives.
Now they say it would happen again, worldwide, after that earthquake that shook Japan's nuclear plants..or bases, or whatever nuclear is it.
What should be done when it gets worst? What can we do? What must we do now?
i started by putting of my TV. :I What's next?

What happened to Chernobyl will not happen again in Japan's case. According to a news update that i got yesterday from my twitter, the nuclear meltdown won't affect the other countries and even parts of Japan. According to the news, the nuclear is contained so there is no danger in other countries.

Hi Asiamooner, the crisis in Japan is definitely different from Chernobyl.
Japan is surrounded by the sea.
The radiation affecting the immediate region probably kills a lot of fishes, and marine creatures. The seawater definitely does not stay stagnant in one place, unlike land.
The livestock in the region may be affected as well.
I think for the time being, avoid eating fish and animals from Japan is wise.
