Does anyone knows how Make a wish works and does it work only for those who are dying? Ia m working in an NGO for special children and I would like to give a treat to my students by making some star come over to our school. Recently few of them visited our state even Richard Gere but I have no idea how to ask them, I don't need donations just some real Joy out of this for my students.
