A few minutes ago i was crying while reading a book. It has nothing to do with what i was reading though. I just suddenly felt an emotion that I have never felt for a long time and that is fear of losing a love one. Sometimes i fear the death of a family and i can't really bear the thought of losing any of them in that way. I don't know exactly the reason why i felt a sudden sadness but i allowed myself to cry to release the emotion. Crying can be healthy for the eyes sometimes and it can have a calming effect after. At this very moment though i have the urge to tell my love ones how much i love all of them with all my heart and soul.

Hi toniganzon, It is natural at times i guess. Such instances would make me stop and think too. I just had my break up last week and i don't know if there is anything else that is going to matter me for a couple of days. I am trying not to think about it, and i am getting stronger and happier with each day. Always cherish your loved ones and give your friends and family the time they need with you and always keep others happy. Keep your faith in God and i am sure everything is going to go well.

@Visavis: Yes natural at times to get emotional reading something or watching a movie. @Toniganzon: You can overcome your emotions after break up. Everyone can. Friends are the most important things you have in such situations and they will always be there to help you make feel better. And prayers help a lot too. The thing you ought to do is keep yourself busy with anything is going to keep you away from thinking about the break up. Everybody would take their own time to grow over it, but i am sure everybody can get over it.

Breaking up is really difficult and getting over someone you love is not an easy task either. I'm glad to hear that you're getting stronger and i admire you for that. I cannot imagine myself in your situation as i am really weak when it comes to breaking up. I would probably feel so depressed and i'm not sure if i'll ever recover.

hi toni you did a right thing here. I was told on a discussion something about this by one of my friends who has gone missing - "there is no special time to express your love and feelings for your dear ones... who knows this might be the last time s/he is hearing you" I am honored and blessed to have a great friend in you

That is very true. Tears are cleansing! I do that at times. I always do. It provokes people to be emotionally open, which is good. That could be a start of a warm talk XD

some people says that guys should never cry because men are symbolized of strong and firm human being but that is wrong crying is healthy for us cleaning our eyes, emotionally cleaning and feel good. I don't care what other says if I cry specially if the reasons are connected to my family... see you around

Hello! I really admire men who are never ashamed to cry. That's one reason why i chose to marry my husband because he cried when i tried to break up with him.

Hi Yes, we all love our near and dear ones and would surely not like to lose any of them.Yes, I agree with you that tears are natural cleansers for eyes. But for a man like me it really becomes difficult to cry unless i have a very strong reason.
