For me it is the jump rope. It takes much more energy from me than running. I can easily get tired after just five minutes of jumping, and I feel it everywhere - in my arms legs, butt, and abs. It burns somewhere around 10 calories a minute.
My friend gave me a jump rope with small weights in the handles for a present. The weights made a huge difference in my arms.
I also enjoy using the kettlebell, but if you aren't careful with it you can hurt yourself.

I like hula hoops.they don't look like exercise tools for me,yet they can give physical changes.hula hooping can burn 300 calories in 30 minutes.it can stimulate flexibility.it can make your body coordinated in more ways.plus its fun.

also an underrated workout tool. very challenging. i didn't know it could burn that many calories. seems like it can help someone learn to dance. I could never hoop for half an hour though.

My body- their are limitless exercises one can perform using their body's mass with gravity as the weight...
Gymnastic type exercises are especially great for working a tonne of muscle groups to an extreme degree...
I love to run some stairs too, up and down, using arms to pull upwards too- works wonders...

that's true, although running with weights significantly adds a little more to the exercise.
