Here's a question for those who like to think: If you have to cut something, say more than an inch thick, and you have an allergy for heavy tools including the machete, which one will you choose to cut the thick object:
your favorite sharp little knife or a somewhat dull machete that can nonetheless do the job?

I don't know whether you can burn it into two ,if it is metal use chemical errode it . Or just buy another piece then you don't have to cut it at all . If it is long enough put it across terrace crest then drive your scrunch it ,
In case, predeclare if it just a piece of paper ,everybody know tear it include idiot.

I knew, those ideas you've mentioned are good but with less money nothing can be bought however effective that is. you only cut a single piece so dont have to buy. if one scrunches over the stubborn object odds are that may end up at the worst accidents ever caught on video featured on youtube. lol paper can be torn apart by using hands only but when it comes to cloth, i'll definitely use scissors.

or, if i am allowed to sharpen the machete first, then i would choose the machete, but it would take more effort, i guess.
