Are you a good listener?

I'm not really a good listener especially when I have problems. I usually pretending listening to people who come to me but deep inside, my mind is thinking of other things.

I'm perfectly the same like you. Sometimes I can't control my mind thinking of anything not related to the topic. Someone tell me that I don't have any sense of communication but I don't believe that, may be I can't just use it well or properly.
