Skid Marks on underwear

I read a line that said: Ang tunay na lalaki ay may tae sa brief
loosely translated as: the true man has feces in his underwear
or skid marks
although this is funny at first, this just points out that most men have poor hygiene
wash thoroughly after defecating to reduce the risk of infections from fecal matter. or skid marks on underwear.
