printer not working.

my hp printer has stopped working after a printing paper got stuck inside.I am getting some instructions on my screen but unable to locate those parts.

Try to remove that paper.. first unplug that electric cable first. if the problem not resolved bring it into HP service.

Good luck get all the paper out it might be difficult! whatever you do do not uninstall the HP printer I did that once and it too me 7 days to get it installed again even HP support told me they could not help me any longer I finily found real help in a chat room about printer problems.

remove the paper manually but take care not to tear it in the middle of the process. be very careful. best of luck man.have a nice time in mylot.

This is my printer. - This is a HP PSC 1510 printer. It has 3 main functions. It can print, scan, and photocopy. I like this printer though the ink is a bit expensive compared to others.
Try and pull the paper slowly without tearing it. If it doesn't move then look at the back of the printer and see if there is an opening or a latch that could open the back. Most printers have this. What kind of HP printer do you have?Welcome to MyLot!
