sometimes we feel something like this. you want to get something near but yet it felt like it was very very far. when i was a teen you wanted to talk to a girl you like she always talk to you but you cant find the right words to say. but now i have this feeling again. or sometimes i felt also that i want to buy something and keep on saving for it. and when i finally had all the money i need the item was no longer there. har har har. so near yet so far. we are also saving for a vacation we are all excited. for now that vacation is near yet so far but i know that day will come. we just need to plan for the perfect get away.

bird, the cardinal rule is carpe diem, or seize the day or seize the moment. Do it while you can, for this shall not pass this way again. As for that desired item, am sure that turned into something better, did it not?

hi eileeen great advice too. I would do that on a vacation, seize the moment and go where it leads me, that is if I had the money to go anywhere further than the Pacific ocean thats six miles away.I know
I would never opt for one of those if its monday its Italy planned trips thats from a movie I saw many years ago. the movie was hilarious and
would love to see it again. lol lol

Hi se7enthbird! That near and yet so far away is something I can relate to totally. I have saved for that thing I no longer needed and I would sure like a vacation too..lol..I have been thinking about a summer vacation since the beginning of winter
Just a few months I keep telling myself. I hope you get to take a perfect vacation. You and your family deserve itafter the time you spent apart. Take care.

hi se7enthbird I think we built up what we want to impossible heights so when we finally get it,its not nearly as wonderful as we expected it to
be. why are we humans such perfectionists? as very little is ever that
perfect but for a lot of people looking on it looks perfect and they have no understanding as why the person is not happy when he or she gets this nearly perfect thing or place or person. In planning for that perfect get away I suggest you let your own feelings be your guide and not buy one of those trips where Sunday you visit rome monday paris etc as you wou ld have more fun just exploring and going where your heart and your own tastes lead you. probably would be cheaper too. just my idea, my own idea of course but I just put it out there. lol lol

So true my friend and often times many continue to dream and have no plan on how to even begin to achieve it. So although life at times does not allow us to carefully plan, I think we need to do next to impossible to enjoy life and do the things we want because in a blink of an eye life ends and so do the dreams/plans.
