So a week and a half ago my nine month old put all the movements together to start crawling. She had them for about a month just not in order..lol! Some how though in this last week she has figured out not just to get to things but to pull up to standing, standing with out holding on and as of this morning climbing up the side of the book shelf! Yup, people I looked up to see what she was doing and she had her hands on top shelf and feet on the second one. Now these are screwed to the wall so I have no fear of them falling on her or anything I was just so surprised she got that far so quick! It was like she had a motor skills growth spurt! She is number four and yet she still does things that amaze me!

Kids are learning faster and just taking these growth spirts. My great grandson started teething when he was three months old! Kids are just astounding now days. You sound very proud of your baby. That is great! They are so cute too. Hope you are taking plenty of picture to record all this for the future.

Oh I don't have to take picture (I still do) her sisters all got cameras for Christmas they think she is the perfect subject to snap pix of. She too had her bottom teeth by the end of three months. That's all though. It's been 6 months and she still has only the two..ha ha

hi I never ceased to marvel how both my kids when they were little learned to crawl. my son had never read the Dr.Spock book so he started to crawl around seven months and was walking at nine months and running at one year. but sadly my sweet little daughter never learned to really crawl but she did learn to walk instead. As she was born not breathing and it took over half an hour to make her breathe she sustained brain damage and the doctor did take full blame. you know that never really helped as she was still unable to do some things other children could do. but she was a pretty child and so loving and lovable we adored her all the same. We lost her to pneumonia when she was eight. She was always so frail and this was a really hard thing to accept. losing a child is so very hard. She never had a chance to be helped to learn and it was a hard thing to swallow losing a child. My father said something so vile I still remember it. "well in a way thats a good thing, she was brain damaged and would just be a burden on you." I never quite forgave him for that. We loved her unconditionally, and we suffered when we lost her. we were not glad oh my God why did he say that? That was so unthinking so vile.I could not have any other children either as I had to have an emergency hysterectomy

When I Lost a baby (my 5 year olds twin) I heard a quite a few things I couldn't believe people would say. Oh God took that one cause it was bad. It's better two is too many. Or the worst my SIL told me well something was wrong with it your better off with out a disabled kid. Karma got her though as her son was born very early and had Cp because of it. I had a real issue with people calling her an it. The same when I lost another baby late in pregnancy. People say the worst things and yet they think they are helping. Ah

Yes, it is very amazing that to see our babies grow
My baby was learning how to sit and now he can sit sturdily, it just takes time for them to do so, it is what people called milestone right?

Oh my goodness. Number four. You are a brave one. Love my kids but 3 was it for me. Bless your heart. They'll be off to college in no time. I am shocked at how fast the time went by. Seems like yesterday my first was in kindergarten. He is 21 now. Where does the time go.

I agreed to one more try for a boy...well that's it hubby's out of tries.lol. We always wanted a big family but we are happy with the four. One day when money is better we hope to adopt as well. It does go by fast and it seems faster with each baby.
