Are you working enough on your Posture? are you doing enough stability exercise? Did you know it ain't enough just to "pump it up" this days? More and more Studies this days show us that it ain't good to build strong global muscles on a weak intrinsic muscles. It ain't good just to go to the gym and lift heavy Weights you need to work on you inside muscles before, you can do it by stability exercise or by doing some yoga or other new "inside" workouts like Pilates, Gyro a.t.c

Yes, i agree. That's what we called, Core exercises. OUr core muscles are important to us in many ways, especially when it comes to stability and strength. It's useless to have a nice physique on the outside, yet clumsy when it comes to movements. Yoga is a good way to train those muscle groups as well as pilates, which i'm attending at the moment.

Thanks for waking my words stronger. The most important is to keep the back and belly strong in the inside cause it hold the all human body, and weak core muscles will cause back pains and cifosis

yoniarnon you should also work on your grammar muscles too as aint is not good grammar my friend. I also like yoga and I have to work on my balance as I am a long time diabetic with a balance problem. this has caused two bad falls for me in five years. The last one was right after Valentines day this year. I injured the tendonds and ligaments around my right knee joint.Stability exercises is what the physical therapist gave me and I have been practicing them as much as I can.At my age I must be really careful what kind of exercises I do.

I am sorry about my English mistakes, one of the good thing at myLot is that i can work on my English and practice writing.. But most of the time i am writing so fast that i don't really see what i wrote.. It is good to work on our stability in any age, but please be careful and don't work on it to much cause you can injured from over exercise. I wish you all the best

I never did work very well on my posture. As I have grown older, my body seems to want me to sit straighter and walk and carry myself better. I have to work on my posture before it is too late for my body.

Yes friend, I think there is some sense in what you are saying, yoga exercises give so much attention to the spinal chord and how to keep it healthy doing several postures because of the number of nerves running in it. Have you ever heard of the saying that " you are as old as your back?"

I never heard about "you are as old as your back" But it is a cool sentence thank i will us it :)
