Through out history, mankind has fought and bicker amongst ourselves, but even tho we commit such actions, we can come together and provide humanitarian aide when the situation calls for it. Examples: Haiti and Japan just to name a few
Although we do not know each other personally, when disaster strikes, no matter the distance, no matter the race, no matter age, we can unite for a common cause.
Do you help, because you want to help? or do you help, because you might need help later on? Or do you help because you want a pat on the back? Or do you help because it is the right thing to do? Why do you help?

It shows that we have both good and evil characteristics in us. Also that we can choose which one we will express and develop. Will we do good or will we do evil? Each will choose. Each will be accountable for their actions.
When a disaster strikes I like to respond because there is a need. Fellow humans are suffering and it is the right and loving thing to help. I aspire to work on becoming a better person. I know that doing that pleases God and that's what I want to do. All humans are my brothers and sisters and if they need a hand and I have a hand to give then my hand is their hand.

We help because it is our nature, we made by LOVE so LOVE is stretching our hand to help each other in times of need. GOD BLESS YOU cmecu6... :)

i think the only reason why you should help is that they need help not only humans also animals .
Why does it altimes matter what for race they are where they born?
To talk what have to be done to save those people and then aktion.
I am not talking about on nation I think the whole wourld should renew their mind and help each other.
But that will never happen to much war in the air

I don't know why exactly I help. I guess that's what you say "a humane thing to do". If other people are in adversity, you kinda feel what they're going through and, therefore, act on what you feel is right.

It simply comes from my caring nature. I don't normally help, assist and or aid anyone with any expectations of receiving. I don't think a back for a second it is something that is a natural way for me.
I suppose I am this way due to my very difficult upbringing, where as I at some point in my life decided subconsciously to turn a negative into a positive.
I have realized that at times I can overdue my willing to help however, as a person it does not make me feel hurt in anyone it actually makes me feel like the bigger person.
I suppose the answer for me would be it is the right thing to do. We reap what we sow, so to speak.

You help because its the human thing to do its our nature our reflexes taught us that man is nature to help endowed with goodness since creation.
