how to get rid from XP home security 2011 virus? / myLot

I got an attachment with a virus when I opened that file.. It is showing fake security alert.. called XP home security 2011.. I know it's 110% virus but even if having Norton antivirus, checkpoint firewall, windows defender.. nothing is solved.. someone please tell me how to remove this fake security alert.. please don't suggest avg or avast or other antivirus.. I can't reinstall another antivirus on my system..

Do a web search for: Removing XP Home Security 2011 There should be a tool online or instructions somewhere to assist you with removing the file safely. This is how I remove infected files.

Thanks yoyo.. I have already searched on net.. though steps are remaining to perform on system as it's in office system.. and now saturday sunday.. so I will able to test tomorrow only..

From your opening, I am thinking that you have Norton Antivirus. You also might go to their website and inquire there about the file removal.
